TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Myhardwoodfloors.com is fully insured for liability and worker's compensation, + an umbrella  and is subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a business corporation. The 10% Internet discount is off the total project price, labor, and can be used once for each contract. Any price which is obtained using the calculator on the website is an estimate only and may not be indicative of the actual price for the job, as there can be market fluctuations in the price of materials and square footage needs to be measure with precision. It is for the convenience of the customer only. For an actual contract price MyHardwoodFloors.com would have to visit the property and performs it's own, independent evaluation.
The contractor cannot be held liable for any delays due to weather, shipping conditions, materials shortages, labor disputes, special orders or other factors which are beyond the control of the contractor, including access to the customer's property. The contractor reserves the right to change or limit the terms of any offer without prior notice.

Privacy:
We limit the collection and use of your information and it will be retained in the company files only. We may from time to time notify you of our products and services unless you specifically request that we not do so. We will permit only authorized employees to view your information and we do not convey or sell your information to other companies or organizations. We will make every effort to keep our files up to date and may contact you to verify the accuracy of our information.
